07/7/3967892示意圖，非新聞當事螃蟹。ingimage 每年9月到10月正是螃蟹黃多膏滿之時，但網路謠言也多到讓人「望蟹止步」。陸媒騰訊網為此整理以下8大謠言，並請華南農業大學食品科學教授趙力超解答，提醒消費者別中招。

謠言一：吃蟹黃致癌

事實：如果在良好水域生長，螃蟹的重金屬含量微乎其微。從生物角度，螃蟹最易受污染的部位其實並不是蟹黃，而是蟹腮、蟹肺、蟹肝等不食用的部位。

謠言二：螃蟹灌水加重

事實：螃蟹其實是很脆弱的生物，一旦注水，臟器所處環境的滲透壓會發生劇變，殼一旦破損，不出10分鐘，一定會死亡。

謠言三：螃蟹打針

事實：近日流傳網路給螃蟹打針的影片，其實是在上蒸籠前向螃蟹注入酒和佐料，會更入味。螃蟹注水很快就會死亡，注入其他液體也是一樣。

謠言四：螃蟹注膠

事實：之前流傳一則煮熟的膀蟹疑似有膠狀物的影片，讓人倒盡胃口。其實透明膠狀物質是蟹膏，主要為雄性的副性腺及其分泌物，營養價值高，且十分美味。

謠言五：螃蟹加番茄等同吃砒霜

事實：番茄和蝦蟹同食，西紅柿中的維生素C能夠將蝦蟹中無毒的五價砷轉化為有毒的三價砷，也就是人們常說的砒霜。但這只有理論上的可能，浙江省疾病預防控制中心理化毒理所曾經做過模擬實驗，並未發現砒霜。

按照每公斤蝦蟹含0.5毫克無機砷的極限值來計算，即使這些砷能被維生素C全部還原成砒霜，理論上一次只有食用超過100公斤的蝦蟹，才可能發生砷中毒。按照人正常的食量，不存在砷中毒的危險。

謠言六：避孕藥餵螃蟹

事實：謠傳餵避孕藥能使母蟹不變瘦，較為肥美，事實是這將使大閘蟹性腺不發育，蟹黃和蟹膏都沒有了。而且螃蟹對水質要求非常高，加入避孕藥會破壞水質，導致螃蟹死亡。

謠言七：大閘蟹靠激素（荷爾蒙）養肥

事實：螃蟹屬於低等無脊椎動物，激素根本起不了任何作用，且會抑制其性腺發育，反而導致螃蟹的蟹黃和蟹膏變少。

謠言八：大閘蟹抗生素餵食超標

事實：投放抗生素會破壞蟹生存的水質，容易導致蟹死亡。為了預防大閘蟹生病，創造良好的水質，養殖戶會在池塘內養殖水草，利用生物調節，保障水質健康。
