50歲邱姓男子看黑狗妞妞可愛，逕自將牠牽回家，結果紅色腳踏車露餡，被飼主朋友發現找回。（記者陳昀翻攝）

［記者陳昀／桃園報導］被自己的紅色腳踏車出賣！50歲邱姓男子在路邊看到別人飼養的3個月大黑色土狗「妞妞」模樣可愛，情不自禁把牠帶走，結果不到2天就被飼主的友人發現，當時騎的紅色腳踏車也成為偷狗鐵證。
桃園宋男9月21日早上發現自己養的3個月大黑色土狗「妞妞」不見，急得向桃園警分局埔子派出所報案，調閱監視器發現妞妞是被一名騎紅色腳踏車、戴帽子男子硬牽帶走，碰巧宋男的友人昨天下午在某戶人家看到疑似妞妞的狗，旁邊還停了紅色腳踏車，警方前往調查後確認是妞妞，才順利讓牠回到宋男懷抱。
把妞妞帶走的50歲邱姓男子起先還不承認狗是偷來的，後來向警方坦承，自己是因為想養狗，又看到妞妞很可愛，才趁無人把牠拉走，過程中腳踏車還不小心撞到妞妞，警方訊後將他以竊盜罪移請桃園地檢署偵辦。
